They may include all fees, charges, tolls and taxes imposed by governmental or quasi-governmental authorities, as well as third party charges arising from the presence of the ship in port. They may also include customs duties, passenger taxes, Panama Canal tolls, dockage fees or charges, inspection fees, pilotage services, air fees, hotel taxes or VAT incurred as part of a land service, immigration and naturalization fees, and taxes for navigation, berthing, stowage, luggage and security services. They may also include the applicable NFC by some shipping companies. Port Fees and Taxes may be calculated per passenger, per berth, per ton or per ship. Fees calculated by tons or by ship will be distributed among the passengers of the ship. Port Fees and Taxes are subject to change and the Shipping Company reserves the right to pass on increases or decreases according to the amounts in force at the time of navigation, even if the fare has already been paid in full.

General booking terms and conditions: Prices

Prices are EUROS or US DOLLARS as indicated in the Price table. They are CRUISE ONLY prices on a full board basis, not including any air or land services EXCEPT if otherwise indicated in the itinerary program. The prices and availability shown are subject to alteration until the moment the reservation is made.

Prices do not include tips, they are voluntary.

Before confirming your reservation in the online process, the Full Price of the cruise and the additional services requested will be clearly shown, and the payment schedule and the cancellation penalty schedule will be indicated, which you must accept to continue with the reservation. Likewise, by making the reservation, the Passenger Contract that binds the relationship between the passenger and the Cunard shipping company is accepted.

For informational purposes, the most common booking conditions are as follows: For the confirmation of reservations made more than 80 days in advance of the sailing date, a reduced confirmation deposit of 20% will be required, non-refundable, and non-transferable in case of cancellation before the final payment date. This deposit is not applicable to round-the-world cruises and in some cruises to cabins in Suite type categories. Alternatively, they can also be confirmed by paying 25% of the total cruise amount on the option date. In this case, cruise cancellation fees do not apply before the final payment date. Additionally, for cruises whose itinerary program includes an air-land package, an additional deposit of 120 eur/person will be required, non-refundable, and non-transferable in case of cancellation before the final payment date. Final payment: 80 days before the sailing date. In case of not receiving the final amount on the indicated date, the company will automatically cancel the cruise reservation with penalty fees of 10% of the total cruise price. For reservations made less than 80 days before the sailing date, full payment will be requested on the option date.

Name changes are permitted up to 30 days before the departure date unless the applied promotional fare indicates otherwise.
The shipping company's land services must be requested with a deadline of up to 20 days before the start of the sailing.
Air tickets contracted with the shipping company can only be included once the cruise is confirmed, do not allow name changes, and are non-refundable in case of cancellation.​
